Chesterfield, MO – Chesterfield Hockey Association announces it has closed on their loan and the 12-acre land parcel and is now set to break ground on their new home, the Chesterfield SportsComplex, in mid September 2018. The project will take approximately 11 months to complete with an estimated grand opening planned for late 2019.
The 84,000 square-feet facility will feature two NHL-sized rinks, seating for approximately 2,000 spectators, a second flooring viewing platform, locker rooms, team meeting room and offices. The estimated cost for the complex is $21.5 million and funding will come from charitable contributions, bank financing and funding from Chesterfield Valley Transportation Development District for public infrastructure improvement associated with the project.
