St. Francis Borgia is a parish rich in historical buildings. These assets exist in a wide range of conditions and contexts. At one end of the spectrum is the wonderful church building dating from the 19th century, and housing stained glass by a world-renowned stained glass art house. At the other end is the fry shack, little more than a trailer with kitchen equipment… yet a truly important element in the current culture of the parish.

This project entails 10,455 s.f. of renovation work to all three floors of the existing annex building and 9,100 s.f. of new construction. This project also includes new site work design, providing a new stairway from Main Street and new courtyard design all with new landscaping and site lighting; thus providing a more user-friendly campus for the parishioners.
